How our Staff Wellness Scheme came to be
Millie noticed a growing need I among her clients, many of whom were struggling with back, neck and shoulder pain from long hours sitting at their desks. Recognizing how common these challenges were in a world of online work, millie wanted to bring the benefits of yoga directly to workplaces, offering employees a chance to move, stretch, and release built-up tension. These sessions are designed to counteract the effects of sitting all day, helping staff feel more energized, focused, and physically comfortable. By integrating wellness into the workday, companies can support their teams in feeling their best—both in and out of the office.
